Return & Refund policy

At Fashion House by Lola, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Must include original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards or store credits

  • Intimate wear (e.g., bodysuits or undergarments)

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

 

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at returns@fashionhousebylola.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of your refund or exchange status.

 

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you received a free shipping promotion, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help with exchanges, subject to item availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll make it right—at no additional cost to you.

 

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service. Fashion House by Lola is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
