Local orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, while international orders take 7–14 business days depending on your location and customs processing. Made-to-order and bridal pieces may require additional production time, which will be noted on the product page.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Made-to-order, customised and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account or contacting our support team with your order number.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfer, and select mobile payment options at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Yes. Select styles are available made-to-measure for a tailored fit, and we also accept custom design requests for bridal and occasion wear. Reach out to our team with your preferred style and measurements to begin the process.
Care instructions are listed on the label of each garment. As a general rule, we recommend gentle hand-washing or dry cleaning for delicate fabrics, embellished pieces and structured tailoring, and low-heat ironing to preserve fabric integrity.
Order changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase, before your item enters production or processing. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number if you need to make a change.
